DIFFICULTIES FACING NOVICE TEACHER-RESEARCHERS IN TERMS OF WORKING CONDITIONS AND THE SUPPORT THEY NEED

چکیده

The present study explores the difficulties that novice lecturers at one faculty in a university Hanoi might face conducting research as part of their job, especially those related to working conditions and further support they need this practice. used qualitative method interview with six teachers. outcomes show received mixed responses, positive ones towards availability facilities/resources, information about opportunities negative pressure, lack time mentoring from experienced colleagues. Further was then called for form more financial aids personal well reconsideration requirements on teachers by school.
